Telangana: Rain wreaks havoc, IMD issues Alert
Heavy rains have wreaked havoc in Telangana. IMD has issued alert.

Heavy rains have brought a flood-like situation in Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana. Rain water has reached inside a hotel in the old city and entered many houses. The situation has risen after the receiving of continuous heavy rains in Hyderabad.
On Friday, by late night, roads were flooded after heavy rains in many parts. During this, 2 people also got washed away in the flood, which are being searched for. The Director of Meteorological Department Hyderabad said, "there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in many districts of Telangana including Hyderabad during the next 24 hours."
Monsoon has departed from Uttarakhand with a delay of about 10 days. This time Uttarakhand has received normal rains. According to the Meteorological Department, "the weather will remain dry here for the next few days." Despite this, 10 per cent less rainfall has been recorded in the state. This year it entered the state on June 13, 14 days before the monsoon year 2008.
