US President Joe Biden has warned that Omicron could spread fastly in the nation.
Omicron, a new variant of the corona found in South Africa, has worried the world. Meanwhile, vigilance has also started regarding this. US President Joe Biden warned on Thursday that the Omicron version of the coronavirus would spread rapidly in the United States.
He has appealed to the people of America to take the vaccine. He said that vaccination is necessary to protect against the virus. They estimate that those who have not been vaccinated may face dire consequences in the winter. Till December 1, the average of new daily cases of infection was 86,000. But on 14 December it increased to 117,000. Overall an increase of up to 35 percent was registered.
The US President emphasized on vaccination to prevent infection. Health ministers participating in the G7 on Thursday called for international cooperation to tackle Omicron. He called it the biggest threat to global public health.
