Corona cases rising again, India records 43,733 fresh cases

At present, the number of corona infected patients in the country is decreasing rapidly. Every day the graph of fresh corona infections is going down. However, an alert has already been issued regarding the Delta Plus variant of Corona. According to the Ministry of Health, "the figures of corona have definitely come down but the danger still remains". "43 thousand 733 new cases of corona infection have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours, while 930 patients have died. After the arrival of new cases of corona, now the total number of infected patients in the country has increased to 3 crore 6 lakh 63 thousand 665", the Ministry added.
According to the data of Health Ministry, "So far there are 4 lakh 59 thousand 920 active cases of corona in the country, while 2 crore 97 lakh 99 thousand 534 people have recovered and gone to their homes. 4 lakh 4 thousand 211 people have died due to corona".
Meanwhile, 36,13,23,548 people have been vaccinated till present in the country. In the last 24 hours, vaccine was administered on 36,05,998.
On Tuesday, 8,418 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Maharashtra and 171 people died due to this epidemic. With this, 10,548 patients recovered in the last 24 hours. The Health Department said that "so far 58,72,268 people have been cured and currently 1,14,297 patients of Covid-19 are undergoing treatment. Maharashtra has a recovery rate of 96.06 percent and a mortality rate of 2.01 percent from the pandemic. Apart from this, the infection rate is 14.25 percent".
Health Secretary Lav Agarwal said that "People are indulging in revenge travel. Some photos coming in from Manali, Mussoorie, Sadar Bazar Delhi, Shimla, Laxmi Nagar Delhi, Dadar Market show a huge crowd with no mask roaming around. This is dangerous. People need to understand this is a continuous fight. The virus is not exhausted it is still there. Only Covid-appropriate behavior can control the virus,” Agarwal said.
“While in states like Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Meghalaya, Sikkim…, more cases are being reported with the positivity of more than 10 percent,” Agarwal added.
