Delhi HC dismisses plea filed by Sushant Singh Rajput's father
Petition filed by Krishan Kishore Singh, father of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has been dismissed by the Delhi High Court.

The Delhi High Court has dismissed a petition filed by Krishan Kishore Singh, father of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant's father had filed a petition in the High Court seeking a ban on films made on Sushant's life and various proposed projects based on his life.
Krishna Kishore Singh had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking a ban on the use of his son's name or similar characters in his son's life or any other film. The films 'Nyay: The Justice', 'Suicide or Murder: A Star Was Lost', 'Shashank' and an untitled film were also mentioned on the life of Sushant Singh.
On June 14, 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide by hanging himself in his flat in Bandra, Mumbai. After this, the investigation of his murder through Mumbai Police reached NCB and CBI. After Sushant's death, his father had filed a case against actress Rhea Chakraborty for abetting Sushant to commit suicide. After this Riya was taken into police custody. After spending several days in jail, she got bail. The matter is also being investigated from the angle of intoxication.
