Tata Steel announced to provide salaries of 60 years to its employees
Tata Steel has announced to provide the salaries of all its employees who lost their lives due to Covid-19.
In the current times when all the Indians are struggling for their lives and their livelihood due to Covid-19 pandemic, Tata Steel has announced that if any of their employees die of corona, then the company will continue to pay their dependents full salary till the age of 60 years of the deceased employee. The company will bear the full expenses of their children's education and the family will be provided with medical as well as housing facilities.
Tata Steel has said in its statement, “the company has always been thinking in the interest of its employees and stakeholders. Even during the era of Covid, the company constantly tries for the benefit and welfare of its employees and the community.” The company has also announced to bear the expenses of their children up to graduation in India for their frontline workers when they die on duty.
