LPG Cylinder Price Crosses Rs. 1,000 Mark, Know the Latest Rates
The price of LPG Cylinder has hiked again on Thursday. The common man has to pay more than Rs. 1,000 for one 14.2 kg gas cylinder.

In a scenario where inflation is rising daily, domestic cooking gas prices have increased once again. On Thursday, May 19, the price of 14.2 kg domestic liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder crossed Rs. 1,000 mark in most of the Indian states. This is the second hike in May. After the recent hike of Rs. 3.5 the price of the cylinder has reached Rs. 1,003.
Latest Rates of Domestic Cooking Gas
As per the official website of Indian Oil, a domestic LPG cylinder in Delhi will be retailed at Rs. 1,003. In Mumbai, a 14.2 kg LPG cylinder will be selling at Rs. 1,002.50. In Kolkata, the price of domestic cooking gas cylinders has reached Rs. 1,029. In Chennai, the consumers have to pay Rs. 1,018.5. Previously, the rates of domestic cooking gas were hiked by Rs. 50 on May 7.

Price of 19 kg Commercial Cylinder
From Thursday, the 19 kg commercial cylinder price has been hiked by Rs. 8. After this revision, the latest rates of 19 kg commercial cylinders have been hiked in many states of India. In Delhi, the cylinder will be selling at Rs. 2,354. In Mumbai, the price of commercial cylinders has reached Rs. 2,306. In Kolkata, the cylinder will be retailing at Rs. 2,454. However, in Chennai and other southern states of India, the price of the commercial cylinder has crossed Rs. 2,500 mark.
