The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has launched a new tour package for travelers visiting Bodh Gaya, Rajgir, and Nalanda in Bihar. The new tour package is declared for travelers under the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and Dekho Apna Desh initiatives. In this tour package, places like Rajgir, Bodh Gaya, and Nalanda in Bihar will be covered. The excursion will begin from Howrah in West Bengal.

The travelers can board a train from Barddhaman, Howrah, Bolpur Santiniketan, Bandel Jn, Rampur Hat, Sainthia Jn., Pakur, Jamalpur, Sahibganj jn., Kiul. Along with the basic amenities, the IRCTC will provide meals to travelers including breakfast and dinner. The train will deboard at various stations like Howrah, Kiul, Asansol, and Barddhaman.

The ticket price begins at Rs 10,600 per head 

According to IRCTC, the visit will be for 4 nights and 5 days. The tickets for this tour package begin at Rs.10,600 per individual. For two individuals opting to travel in comfort class, the expense goes up to Rs. 13,270 per head. For three individuals traveling together, the price of the ticket will be Rs 11,100 per individual. Likewise, for a group of four individuals, the ticket will cost Rs.12,050 per individual and with six individuals the cost will be Rs.10,600.
