Indian Railways changes Ranchi Rajdhani Express Train Route

Indian Railways has changed the route of Ranchi Rajdhani Express train. The train will now reach Delhi via Lohardaga-Tori route.

The Indian Railways has notified to change the route of the Ranchi Rajdhani Express train. The train will be following the Lohardaga-Tori route to reach Delhi. As notified by the Railways, the train will be made operational from New Delhi to the Ranchi route from Thursday. The Ministry of Railways has issued an order which will come into effect from November 11. The ministry has also released the new schedule of the train. 

According to the reports by News18, "the Ranchi Rajdhani Superfast — Train No. 02453/02454) — will be made operational on the new route, and the train will have 6 stoppages between Ranchi and New Delhi. After the departure from Ranchi, it will have stoppage points at Barkakana, Daltonganj, Garhwa Road, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Junction, Prayagraj and Kanpur stations."

The Ranchi Rajdhani Express train will be reaching at its destination station New Delhi directly after Kanpur. The train will be operated from New Delhi on Wednesday and Saturday to reach Ranchi the next day. As of now, Ranchi Rajdhani Express train is set to depart from New Delhi at 4:10 pm. The railways has shared the information in its official notification dated 8.11.2021.
