Travelers flying from Terminal 3 at Delhi Airport and Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru by any flight can now enjoy a seamless flight travel experience through the 'DigiYatra' initiative by the Indian government.

In accordance with the Indian Government's DigiYatra initiative, on Monday, Delhi International Airport and Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru saw the soft launch of the beta version of the DigiYatra mobile application for Android devices.

With this innovation, travelers' entrances would be processed automatically by the facial recognition system at all designated spots, including entry to the air terminal, security check areas, airplane boarding, and so on.

DigiYatra is an innovative technology for a seamless travel experience 

The new innovation will make the boarding system altogether quicker and more consistent as every traveler would require less than three seconds at each touchpoint. Their facial features would act as their documents, similar to ID evidence, immunization certificate, and also a ticket.

It will likewise guarantee improved security at the air terminal as the traveler information is approved with the Airlines Departure Control System, subsequently just assigned travelers can enter the terminal.
