Hawaii is all set to end all of its Covid-19 quarantine requirement for travelers from March 26.

Hawaii is all set to end its Covid-19 quarantine requirement for travelers from March 26. Travelers arriving in the islands from other places would no longer have to present a proof of being vaccinated or a negative Covid-19 test report.
In this reference, Gov. David Ige said that he travel restrictions which were imposed due to Covid-19 have saved several lives in the islands, earlier the quarantine period for travelers was 14 days when the restrictions were first imposed in March 2020. At present, it has one of the lowest Covid-19 infection rates in the nation.
The Government said that the move is for domestic travelers
On Tuesday, he said, "it is important to remember that we're talking about domestic travel only, this does not apply to international travelers which have different requirements set by the federal government. It's also equally important to note that all Safe Travels requirements must be met by incoming domestic passengers prior to March 25", quoted as saying by CNN travel.
At present, international tourists have no need to undergo quarantine. However, they are required to show a proof of vaccination and a negative test.
The Governor elaborated that the decision has been taken keeping in view the the people, place and culture from diverse backgrounds coming to the place.
