Covid-19 rules for travellers to enter European countries
European countries are lifting their travel ban for Indian passengers. Know about the Covid-19 rules for passengers.

As Covid cases are declining the countries are relaxing the travel restrictions. Many countries are easing travel and entry requirements. However, some countries are tightening their entry rules again because of the increasing cases of the delta variant. As of July 1, travel restrictions were lifted for Indian passengers travelling to other countries.
The European Union
The details of EU travel measures, including information on getting the EU Digital Covid Certificate, is available through the European Commission website.Detailed information regarding quarantine rules, testing requirements and more in the EU's 27 member states can be accessed through the Reopen EU platform. Travellers can download the Reopen EU smartphone app for up-to-date information.
Every EU member state works on its own rules for granting entry to third country travellers already within the EU or Schengen zone. States may require a negative Covid test upon arrival or a mandated quarantine period after entry. Additionally, EU countries have implemented many social distancing rules, curfews and mask-wearing rules.
EU Digital Covid certificate
The European Parliament approved a digital Covid certificate. It consists information that individuals are either fully vaccinated, tested negative for the virus or recovered from the disease.
Test centres and health authorities issue this document. It is available in all EU member states since July 1. However, currently, only Covid-19 vaccination records are performed by officials. Government-mandated body within the European Union can be logged on the certificate. Vaccinations taken from outside the EU are not accepted yet.
