Keeping in view the regular decline in the Covid positivity cases many countries have opened their gates for the Indian passengers. Indian tourists will now be able to go on non-essential travel to Canada, Maldives, Germany from next week. During the second wave of Corona, many countries have closed their borders with India.

Canada

On July 3, Canada's Public Health Agency announced that they would be easing travel restrictions only for citizens and permanent residents of the country. The move is aimed at facilitating valid work permits to international students, relatives of permanent residents and temporary workers. At the same time, all passengers, including Indians, will have to compulsorily submit a negative Covid-19 test report within 72 hours (3 days) of entry into Canada.

Germany

German Ambassador to India Walter J Lindner announced on Tuesday that the country has lifted restrictions on five Delta variant affected countries, including India. Now Indian travelers who have been given both doses of the Covid-19 vaccine or who have been cured of the virus. As evidence can show, they will no longer be required to self-quarantine upon arrival or return to Germany.

Maldives

Flight services to Maldives will resume from July 15. The passengers will have to mandatorily carry a negative RT-PCR test report. After showing the Corona report, there will be no need to stay in quarantine in Maldives.
