On Friday, July 15 the World Athletics Championship will commence in the United States of America. The athletic event will be hosted for a duration of 10 days with over 2,000 athletes from across the globe. The athletic event has been postponed for more than a year as a precautionary measure against the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the event will take place in the states of Eugene and Oregon.

Time Schedule of the World Athletics Championship, 2022 

For competing at the World Athletics Championship, the Athletics Federation of India has announced the names of 22 players. Olympic gold medalist Javelin champion Neeraj Chopra will be India's flag bearer at the grand event. 

The matches for the World Athletics Championship 2022 will be telecasted on Sony Sports Network in India and the live streaming can be enjoyed on the Sony Liv app and website. The World Atheltic Championship will be held from July 15 till July 24. As far as timings are concerned, all the session timings are as per Indian Standard Time (IST). 

Day 1 - Morning Session at 9:35 pm, Afternoon Session at 5:35 am. 

Day 2 - Morning Session at 11:05 pm, Afternoon Session at 5:05 am. 

Day 3 - Morning Session at 6:45 pm, Afternoon Session at 4:55 am. 

Day 4 - Morning Session at 6:45 pm, Afternoon Session at 5:00 am. 

Day 5 - Afternoon Session at 5:10 am. 

Day 6 - Afternoon Session at 3:50 am. 

Day 7 - Afternoon Session at 5:15 am. 

Day 8 - Morning Session at 6:45 pm, Afternoon Session at 5:10 am. 

Day 9 - Morning Session at 10:20 pm, Afternoon Session at 4:40 am. 

Day 10 - Morning Session at 6:45 pm, Afternoon Session at 5:00 am.
