Ravi Kumar, the fast bowler of the Under-19 Indian team against Bangladesh, took 3 wickets for 14 runs in 7 overs, who was also adjudged as the player of the match.
The whole country is celebrating the semi-final victory of India Under-19. Ravi Kumar's father Rajinder Singh, posted in the CRPF camp located in the Naxal-affected Raigad district said, "Kal tak toh koi Rajinder ko yahan janta nahi tha. Aaj sab saheb jante hai (Until yesterday, no one knew Rajinder here. Today, all the officers know)… Ravi ka papa Rajinder is the talk of our unit here. All the officers have called and congratulated me, I don’t have many words to express my happiness,” quoted the Indian Express as saying.
