IPL 2021: KKR wins over DC by 3 Wickets, Enters Final
KKR has won over DC in the Qualifier match and has reached the final.

In yesterday's qualifier match, Kolkata Knight Riders has defeated Delhi Capitals by 3 wickets and entered the final. The final match between Kolkata and Chennai Super Kings will be played on 15th. Kolkata Knight Riders had defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Eliminator and then defeated Delhi Capitals in the second qualifier yesterday.
It was difficult for DC to score runs on the slow pitch of Sharjah Cricket Stadium. DC was playing by saving wickets but it was becoming very difficult for them to score runs. Delhi Capitals opener Shikhar Dhawan was trying hard to hit the ball, but due to the slow pitch, the ball and bat were not getting in contact properly. Dhawan scored 36 runs in 39 balls. Stonis 18 off 23 balls, Shreyas Year 27 off 30 runs, Simran Hetmyer scored 17 runs in 10 balls. Delhi Capitals could only manage 135 runs in 20 overs.
KKR got off to a good start
For Kolkata Knight Riders, who came out to make a target of 136 runs, this target seemed easy at first because the team's opener Venkatesh Iyer and Shubman Gill together took the team very close to the target. But when Kolkata's wickets started falling in the 17th over, it was not stopping and 5 consecutive wickets fell. Kolkata captain Morgan, Shakib, Dinesh Karthik and Sunil Narine, none of these players went back to the pavilion without opening their account, after which Kolkata's victory started to be doubted. But on the fifth ball of the last over, Rahul Tripathi hit a six off Ashwin's ball to give victory to the team and also reached the final.
Now Kolkata Knight Riders' next and IPL-14 final match will be with Chennai Super Kings tomorrow. Whichever team wins tomorrow will be the champion of IPL-14.
