Rose Day 2022: Know about Different colours of Roses

Every year, Rose Day is observed on February 7. People exchange roses with their friends and lovers to express affection. Different colors of roses convey different meanings. 

Red Rose 

Red roses denote passionate love. Gifting a red rose or bouquet of red roses to anyone you love is the best way to show care and affection. 

Pink rose 

The pink rose conveys elegance and beauty. Dark pink denotes sympathy and light pink is for gratitude.

White rose 

White roses are not recommended to be shared on this day as they are related to purity and innocence and is commonly used at a funeral. 

Lavender rose 

If someone has fallen in love with someone at first sight, he can gift these roses to that person. This rose is associated with magic or fascination.

Orange rose 

The color orange is associated with strong emotions. This flower speaks of passion and energy. 

Rosebud 

A fully blooming rose is proof of your developing love. It also indicates that you and this person are in a secret relationship.
