One such way of incorporating this magical herb into the routine diet is by having Mint paratha or Pudina paratha.

Things Required 

Wheat flour - 1 cup

Mint leaves chopped - 1/2 cup

Ginger grated - 1/2 tsp

Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp

Dry Mint - 2 tbsp

Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp

Butter - 2 tbsp

Desi Ghee - 3 tbsp

Salt - according to taste

How to Make? 

- Strain the flour in a blending bowl.

- Add chopped mint leaves to the flour and blend. Add grated ginger, 2 tsp oil, and salt according to taste, and mix well. So the mint and different fixings blend well in with the flour.

- With the help of water knead the mixture. Now, cover the mixture and let it sit for 15 minutes.

- After the recommended time, take the mixture and knead it once again. Prepare medium-measured chunks of the dough.

- Take a bowl and blend dry mint, red chili powder, and salt.

- Now take a mixture ball and roll it. Put the dry mint mixture on it and spread everything evenly.

- Roll the paratha and make a roll like lachha paratha.

- Roll the paratha by squeezing from the center.

- Heat up a nonstick dish/Tawa on medium flame and once heated, put the paratha on it and cook it.

- Apply ghee on the two sides of the paratha and let it cook. Whenever the shade of the paratha becomes brown, take it out on a plate. 

- The pudina paratha is prepared, serve it with curd or chutney.
