This year, the snowfall on the mountains and the rain on the plains has completely spoiled the mood of the weather. Himachal Pradesh and some north Indian states have been hit by cold wave. The dense fog in Delhi NCR is also leaving no stone unturned to reduce the visibility. Due to all these, the traffic of Delhi and Delhi NCR has come to a standstill.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain again in the Western Himalayan region and North-East Indian land. On the other hand, Himachal Pradesh is facing a double whammy of the weather, snowfall in the higher parts of Himachal and heavy rain in the lower parts. At the same time, increasing cold has become a problem in Delhi and Delhi NCR.

Dense fog to prevail

The Meteorological Department has told that the situation may get worse in the coming 3-4 days. Dense fog will remain over Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. And it could possibly rain. Whereas Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, West Bengal and Sikkim may receive rain for the next 24 hours. On the other hand, rain or snowfall in the Himalayan regions on February 6 can spoil the weather.
