Weather Update: IMD predicts Cold Wave Conditions in North India
The Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that in the coming few days, the havoc of cold in North India will not subside.

Winter season and cold wave conditions are continuing in India. The cold winds are blowing continuously, however on Friday, people got some relief from the cold due to sunshine. Many states including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Uttarakhand are battling with severe cold. Although yesterday in some parts some sunshine was seen in the afternoon, the weather is still cool. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that in the coming few days, the havoc of cold in North India will not subside. Due to the snowfall in the hilly areas, the cold is increasing in the plains. According to the Meteorological Department, there is no relief from cold in Uttar Pradesh for the next four days.
The sun shows in Delhi after three weeks
It happened in Delhi after about three weeks on Friday when it was sunny throughout the day. The maximum temperature also reached 20 degrees after 19 days. Due to this, the people of Delhi got a lot of relief from the cold. However, due to strong wind, the cold again increased after the day. More or less similar weather is likely to continue on Saturday as well. According to the Meteorological Department, on February 2 and 3, the weather will turn again, it will rain.
