Weather Update: Delhi To Receive Rainfall Today, Says IMD
From July 20, rain activities will increase over North India including Delhi and may continue for the next 4-5 days. The maximum temperature is likely to settle at around 36 degrees Celsius.

On Tuesday morning, the minimum temperature in the national capital was recorded at 29.2 degrees Celsius. However, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted cloudy weather with a possibility of drizzling in the city today. As per the data shared by the IMD, the relative humidity in the city was recorded at 79 percent at 8:30 am.
On Monday, the national capital recorded the minimum temperature at 27.8 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature reached 38.2 degrees Celsius, which is three notches above the normal.

As per the weather forecast by IMD, on Tuesday, the capital city is likely to witness cloudy weather with a possibility of light rain, the maximum temperature is likely to settle at around 36 degrees Celsius.

According to Skymet weather, "Between July 1 and July 17, Delhi has received 16% less rainfall than normal. Normally, 163.1 mm of rainfall is received during this period, whereas Delhi has received 136.7 mm rainfall so far."
Further, the weather agency said, "From July 20, rain activities will increase over North India including Delhi and may continue for the next 4-5 days. During the next 1 week, Delhi will complete July's average rainfall. With the effect of the upcoming rains, the temperature in North India including Delhi will increase and get rid of heat and humidity."
