Union Public Service Commission or UPSC Civil Services 2021 Exam Dates has been released by the commission. The examination will be conducted for only those candidates who can qualify in the preliminary examination. Candidates will be able to check the details at upsc.gov.in. 

Also, it is to be seen that the exam will be conducted in two sessions. The first session will be from 9 am to 12 noon. Also, candidates must note that the afternoon session will be held from 2 PM to 5 PM. Candidates can check the complete schedule here. 

Candidates should also note that the exam will be conducted with proper Covid-19 protocol like wearing of mask, maintaining social distance, using hand sanitizer and other guidelines. While appearing for the exam, candidates must note that they have to carry their admit card and personal ID to the exam hall. Important dates and steps to download the schedule can be found here.

Candidates can check the schedule directly from the official website. The main exam will consist of descriptive subjects like essay, general studies and others. Candidates should note that there will be 9 papers in the main exam. Language paper will have Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Odia, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Santhali (Devanagari/Olchiki script) papers. Sindhi (Devanagari/Arabic script), Tamil, Telugu, Urdu from which the candidate should choose.
