UN weather agency warns next 5years could be the hottest ever globally

Today the world is facing the adverse effects of Global warming. Human beings are totally  responsible for this. The more civilized and industrialised the world is becoming ,the earth is becoming more and more polluted. Pollution rises the level of green house gases in the environment which in turn gives rise to global warming. So global warming is a very important issue that the modern world should be aware of and take the possible measures or precautions to control it as soon as possible. Otherwise we are going face its adverse effects in the coming years.

Global temperatures are likely to increase in the next five years, making 2023-27 the warmest five-years ever , the World Meteorological Organisation said on Wednesday.

It is stated that the temperature increase will be initiated further by heat-trapping greenhouse gases (GHGs) and a naturally occurring El Nino .El Nino means the unusual warming of waters in eastern Pacific Ocean. So the whole world is going to witness a warming El Nino: WMO, The World Meteorological Organisation on Wednesday warned the global community to get ready for the "upcoming challenges" of a warming El Nino.

Thus the global world will face  its bad impact for health, food security, water management and environment. "We need to be prepared," said WMO ,secretary general Petteri Taalas.

According to the report, the annual mean global near-surface temperature for each year between 2023 and 2027 will remain between 1.1 degree C and 1.8 degree C higher than the 1850-1900 average. But the report does not mean that we will permanently exceed the 1.5 degree C level .

With increase of Global temperature adverse negative human activities may lead to more ocean heating and acidification, sea ice and glacier melt, sea level rise and more extreme weather conditions.

So the world should be aware of the upcoming  danger of existence and make positive efforts to decrease pollution to control global warming.
