NDTV's Senior Journalist Kamal Khan has passed away due to cardiac arrest. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed his condolences.

Kamal Khan, a senior journalist from Uttar Pradesh, who made a significant contribution to the world of journalism, died of a heart attack. Kamal Khan, a resident of Lucknow, was a senior reporter in NDTV channel. He was a journalist of his own unique style.  


As soon as the news of Kamal Khan's death spread on social media, his fans started expressing condolences. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also expressed his condolences on his death. He said that this is an irreparable loss of journalism. Kamal Khan was a strong watchdog of the fourth pillar and fair journalism. 

In a statement, the channel NDTV said, “Today, a devastating, irreplaceable loss for the NDTV family, the heart of our Lucknow bureau, veteran journalist Kamal Khan died unexpectedly this morning. Kamal’s reportage over the last decades stood out for its perceptiveness, integrity & the way he delivered hard truths with poetic dexterity. Most of all, he was a wonderful human being , who touched the lives of all those who knew him. Our sincerest condolences to his family and prayers for his departed soul." 

Kamal Khan was an executive editor in NDTV. He also received the Ramnath Goenka Award for his brilliant journalism. At the same time, the President also honored him with the Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Award for his excellent journalism.
