Nora Fatehi sues Jacqueline Fernandez for forcibly dragging her name in Sukesh Chandrasekhar case

Canadian Moroccan actress, Nora Fatehi has filed a defamation suit against fellow actress Jacqueline Fernandez in Delhi court for making false.

Canadian Moroccan actress, Nora Fatehi has filed a defamation suit against fellow actress Jacqueline Fernandez in Delhi court for making false, defaming remarks against her which she claims to have been done in order ‘to destroy her career’ for ‘malicious reasons’ and intentions to ‘destroy her career to further her own interests’. According to her having a clean reputation in the industry is important to survive and the remarks made by her rival actress causes irreversible damages.

Nora Fatehi and Jacqueline Fernandez both have been questioned by the enforcement directorate due to alleged involvement in Sukesh Chandrasekhar 200 crores money laundering case, Jacqueline in her statement had claimed that despite other actors like Nora Fatehi having received gifts are made witnesses but she is accused. Nora Fatehi has claimed that she never had a direct contact with Sukesh but was friends with his wife Leena Paulose and has denied all remarks.

Nora Fatehi had first met with Neela Paulose for the first time at an event where she gifted Nora a Gucci brand bag and an iphone and happily claimed that her husband is a huge fan following which Sukesh tried to gift Nora a BMW car which she denied accepting, later her brother in-law was contacted by a man named Shekhar who tried to give him the car and he accepted it, now the car is registered under bobby’s name.

In the entire context Nora has denied any claims made by the media or the Jacqueline and has clearly stated on December 2nd that she has not received any gift from him. It can clearly be understood that the allegations by Jacqueline against Nora has disturbed her reputation and wants to clear her name out of the case with respect.
