MS Dhoni: From Former Captain of the Indian team to Farmer, know his net-worth

While cricketing activities are suspended in India due to the Corona pandemic, former Indian team captain, MS Dhoni has kept himself occupied by taking up his hobbies in the lockdown period. Although the record-breaking skipper has stayed away from social media during lockdown, his wife Sakshi Dhoni and a swarm of his fans have been posting pictures and videos of Dhoni at his Ranchi farmhouse.

In a most latest video posted on his fanpage, MS Dhoni was seen driving a tractor and plowing his farmhouse. From many previous posts and pictures it is quite evident that Dhoni had been learning organic farming to make most of his time away from the cricketing pitch.

Know About his Journey: 

One of the most popular cricketers of all time, he has been a wicketkeeper, batsmen and skipper in the Indian Cricket team from 2007 to 2016 and helped India reach new limits under his captaincy. In the year 2010, he got married to Sakshi Dhoni, his childhood sweetheart. They have a daughter ‘Ziva Singh Dhoni’.

 He played his first match for Bihar in the Ranji Trophy of 1998. And even though Bihar failed to qualify, his performances earned him a spot in the national side in 2004. After the debut in the Kenya series, his dominion began in a match against Pakistan in 2005, and he ended up with the highest individual ODI score of 183 runs. Thus, becoming the ICC number one batsman in ODIs t. After this there was no going back as India bagged victories in 3 tournaments under his captaincy: the 2007 T20 World Cup, 2011 ODI World Cup, and the 2013 Champions Trophy.

 In the infamous IPL(Indian Premier League), he is the captain of the team Chennai Super Kings and has led them to the IPL title thrice.
