CTET 2021: Apply Online from Sept 20, Exam to be held Online

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to conduct the 15th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in CBT-mode or computer-based test. "The exam which used to be held in physical mode has shifted to an online mode", informed CBSE.
As per the information by CBSE, the CTET 2021 exam will be held between December 16 to January 13. The exam dates are yet to be released. Including Hindi and English the test will be conducted in 20 Indian languages. Conduction exams in regional languages is based upon the the new National Education Policy (NEP).
In a recent notification, from this year onwards the validity of CTET certificates has been extended for a lifetime. Earlier the CTET certificates were valid for seven years.
The online application process for CTET 2021 will begin from September 20 onwards and continue till October 19. Interested candidates can pay the exam fee till October 20. The detailed information bulletin containing details of examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities and important dates will be uploaded on the CTET official website, ctet.nic.in.
