Covid-19 update: Less than one lakh new cases in the country for the second consecutive day

The pace of vaccination in the country has increased, but the speed of Covid-19 Second Wave seems to be slowing down. For the second consecutive day on Tuesday, the number of new covid-19 infections was less than one lakh. In the last 24 hours, the positivity of corona report recorded to be around 92 thousand 596 people. As per the data, 2219 people lost their lives. 1 lakh 62 thousand 664 infected returned home after recovering. A decrease of 71 thousand 792 was
recorded in the active case on the previous day.

According to the information released by the Ministry of Health, "2 crore 90 lakh 89 thousand and 69 people have got infected in the country. Out of these,
2 crore 75 lakh 4 thousand 126 people have been cured so far. So far 3 lakh 53 thousand 528 people have died due to this virus. Presently, 12 lakh 31 thousand
415 patients are undergoing treatment."

Condition of major states affected by Corona:-

Maharashtra
On Tuesday, 10,891 people were infected, 16,577 people cured, 702 people died. So far 58.52 lakh people have come under the grip of
infection in the state. Of these, 55.80 lakh people have been cured, while 1.01 lakh people have died. Presently 1.67 lakh patients are undergoing treatment.

Uttar Pradesh
705 people were found infected here on Tuesday. 2,227 people were cured and 92 people died. So far 16.99 lakh people have been infected in the state.
Of these, 16.64 lakh have been cured, while 21,425 patients died. 14,067 patients are being treated here.

Rajasthan
On Tuesday 529 people were found infected. 2617 people were cured and 32 died. So far 9.47 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state.
Of these, 9.25 lakh people have been cured, while 8,719 patients have died. Presently 13,624 patients are undergoing treatment.

Madhya Pradesh
535 new cases were reported here on Tuesday. 1,376 people were cured and 36 people died. So far 7.86 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 7.69 lakh people have been cured, while 8,405 people died. 7,983 patients are currently undergoing treatment.

Delhi
On Tuesday, 316 people were found corona positive in Delhi. 521 people were cured and 41 died. So far 14.29 lakh people have come under the grip of infection.
In these, more than 14 lakh people have been cured, while 24,668 patients have died. 4,962 patients are being treated here.

23.61 crore vaccine doses have been administered in the country
According to the data of the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), 23 crore 61 lakh 98 thousand 726 doses of Corona Vaccine have been given
till 8 am on June 8 across the country. Of these, 18 crore 95 lakh 95 thousand 747 people
have been given the first dose of the vaccine, while 4 crore 66 lakh 2 thousand 979 people have got both doses.

How many cases of corona in the world?
More than 17.43 crore people in the world have been infected with the corona virus. Of these, more than 37.51 lakh people have died,
while 15.79 crore people have defeated Corona. Presently 1.29 crore people are being treated. Gradually the wave of the epidemic is weakening.
According to the figures of the last 5 weeks, the cases of corona in the world have reduced by 46%.
