CBSE Announces Class 10th, 12th Final Results, Check Now

On Friday, July 22, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the results of the final examinations for Class 10th and Class 12th. Students who appeared for their final exams can check their results by visiting the official website of CBSE at cbse.nic.in, cbse.gov.in, and cbseresults.nic.in.

Class 10th, 12th Final Exams Results 

It is for the first time that CBSE has declared the results of Class 10th and 12th on the same date. This year the results are based on a combination of term 1 and term 2 scores. Students will get their scores on the basis of 30 percent weightage given to term 1 and 70 percent weightage given to term 2. 

Generally, in order to clear the examination, students are required to obtain at least 33 percent marks in the final exams. The criteria could change as the scores are calculated on the basis of a combination of term 1 and term 2 scores.

Steps to check the results 

- Visit the official website of CBSE at cbse.nic.in, cbse.gov.in, and cbseresults.nic.in. 

- For Class 10th, go to the link 'CBSE Term 2 Results for Class 10'. 

- For Class 12th, click on the link 'CBSE Term 2 Results for Class 12'. 

- Fill in your credentials like Roll No., School Code, and Date of Birth to proceed further. 

- The mark sheet will reflect on the computer screen. 

- Download and take a print of it for future reference.
