Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar passed away due to a fatal cardiac arrest.
On Friday, Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar passed away at 46 due to a fatal cardiac arrest. The actor was reportedly working out in his gym when he suddenly collapsed and was immediately rushed to the hospital. Puneeth was later admitted to Vikram Hospital and was undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit till the devastating news came to light.
The news of his demise has, for obvious reasons, shook the entire film fraternity with several colleagues and close people of Puneet Rajkumar arriving at the hospital premises. Puneeth's elder brother Shiv Rajkumar and family members were seen entering the hospital, while actors Yash, Darshan and many others also reached soon.
Also renowned as Powerstar, Puneeth Rajkumar was an incredibly endearing superstar who has received great appreciation from all. Talking about his work front, recently he had completed the shooting of 'James' in the direction of Chetan Kumar. He was about to start working on the much-awaited project with Pawan Kumar on 'Dvitva'.
