As soon as the new poster of Akshay Kumar's upcoming movie Ram Setu has been released. It went viral and gets trolled by the fans.
Recently, bollywood star celebrity Akshay Kumar has received a backlash from fans after endorsing a pan masala brand. In response to the criticism by fans, Akshay Kumar has posted an apology note on his official Instagram handle, stating that he will donate the money earned from pan masala towards social causes.
Now, he is getting trolled again by the fans, regarding the new movie poster of his upcoming film Ram Setu. The poster of the upcoming movie of Akshay, 'Ram Setu', was released on April 29.

In the poster, the actor is seen holding a flambeau in his hand and the co-actor Jacqueline Fernandez is holding a torch in her hand.
While sharing the poster of his upcoming movie on Instagram, Akshay wrote, "A glimpse into the world of Ram Setu." He also mentioned that the movie will be released on silver screens on Diwali, 2022.

Response of Fans
The poster went viral among the fans as soon as it gets released. The fans got excited as one fan tweeted, "Most exciting movie for me, releasing this year on Diwali 2022. #AkshayKumar #RamSetu. Biggest Adventure Movie Loading." Another fan wrote, "A big out and out adventure ever made in Bollywood."
However, the movie poster also received questions from the fans as they want to know the logic behind holding a flambeau when Jacqueline is already having a torch with her. In this reference, a user shared, "Ram Setu and National Treasure. Both films are very different. In Ram Setu, mashaal ke saath torch bhi hai." Another user wrote, "Looks like another pita hua copy of English movie most likely national treasure.. but why the name ram Setu?"

Directed by Abhishek Sharma, the movie is produced by Aruna Bhatia, Vikram Malhotra. Set to release on 25 Oct 2022, the movie will feature Akshay Kumar, Nushrat Bharucha, and Jacqueline Fernandez in the main roles.
