Television fame Vaishali Takkar was spotted hanging at her resident in Indore

Television fame Vaishali Takkar allegedly committed suicide at the age of 26 by hanging herself at her home in Tejaji Nagar of Indore this Sunday morning. Tejaji Nagar police station in-charge RD Kanwa stated “We have recovered a note from her possession. We are verifying its content. It is too early to say anything about the reason behind the extreme step.”However Indore Assistant Commissioner of Police M Rahman informed that she was being harassed by her boyfriend about which she had mentioned in her suicide note according to the reports of ANI.

Following her graduation from educational multimedia research center (EMRC) of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in 2014, Takkar began her acting career in TV show “Yeh rishta kya kehlata hai”. The young actor stayed in Indore with her father and brother who were completely unaware of the possibility of such a drastic step. 

Father of the actress went into her room as he found no sign of Vaishali coming out of the room this Sunday morning. He entered Thakkar’s room only to find the hanging corpse of his beloved daughter. The family rushed with the dead body to the MY hospital where the actress was unfortunately declared dead.

Soon the cops arrived and recovered the suicide note. In addition this they set the carcass to Maharaja Yeshwantrao Hospital for post-mortem. The police have initiated their investigation regarding the case. Mobile phone of the actress has been seized by the police and the statements of the family members have been recorded.

‘Ye Wada Raha’ , Ye hai Ashiqui’, ‘Sasural Simar Ka’, ‘Super Sisters’, ‘Laal Ishq’, ‘Vish ya Amrit, ‘Manmohini 2’ are some other daily soaps in which Thakkar had been seen. She recently worked in the movie 'Rakshabandhan' and was also honoured with an award for a negative role in the serial Sasural Simar Ka.
