A businessman from Chandigarh has accused Salman Khan of fraud. The trader has alleged that after opening the showroom, the company have not sent goods from Delhi. He complaints that even their website is closed. The police has issued summons in this case to Salman and Alvira, summons have also been issued to Being Human, the CEO of this company, Prasad Kapare, officers Anoop, Manav, Sanjay Ranga, Santosh Srivastava and Alok.

In the complaint received by the police, businessman Arun Gupta told that on the behest of Salman Khan, he had opened a Being Human jewelery showroom in the NAC area of ​​Manimajra with a cost of about Rs 3 crore. He also signed an agreement with Style Quintet Jewelery Pvt. The showroom was opened, but no help was received. The store from which they were asked to deliver the Being Human jewelry is now closed. Because of this, they are not getting the goods either. 

According to the complainant, Salman had asked him to open a showroom in Chandigarh. The businessman alleges that "Salman had asked him to come for the inauguration of the showroom as well, but later he refused to come to Chandigarh, saying that he was busy with work". 

Salman and others have been asked to reply within 10 days. The businessman says that Salman once assured him of all help in opening the company on the sets of 'Bigg Boss'.
