EXCLSUIVE: Did a bankrupt Rakhi Sawant beg for an entry in Bigg Boss 14?

The lockdown has been a tough phase for everyone, and not just the common man, but even celebs have faced tough times. And like many common people, even some celebs lost work. While some couldn’t handle the pressure and ended their lives, others who survived have reached out to industry friends for help. One such story is of actress Rakhi Sawant. The actress who joined Bigg Boss 14 as a challenger was thankful to Salman fro having her on the show. 

While the actress revealed in an interview that she made some mistakes, and went bankrupt, she further added that after this she was left with no work. So she reached out to actor Sohail Khan asking for work and wanted to do Bigg Boss. And while she wasn’t sure, if Sohail Khan passed her message to Salman, but she was thankful to the Khan brothers for getting her work. 

Now adding to this a source reveals that initially Rakhi was not approached by the channel for Bigg Boss 14, and when she reached out to them, she received a lukewarm response from the Bigg Boss team. But all of a sudden, they decided to bring her on board on the condition that she will take the entertainment quotient of the show high. Now it is not sure if Salman Khan recommended her name, but if he did it is a great gesture on his part. And this is exactly why Rakhi is giving so much entertainment in the house. 

The source also told us that Rakhi has agreed to a lesser amount than what she charges as usual fees for Bigg Boss 14. While we have seen Rakhi Sawant do all possible antics on social media, she is also making the Bigg Boss game interesting. In the house, we are seeing her make some funny comments and even in the upcoming task, she will be seen leaving the housemates in splits with her funny comments.

And going by the latest news coming from the Bigg Boss house, Rakhi Sawant has won the captaincy task and is the new captain for this week. Now it will be interesting to see what she does in the house during her reign. Well, initially makers were planning to end the show in December, but after the show getting an extension for 6 weeks they decided to bring on challengers in the game. And now we might also see some wild card entries on the show in January. 

Well, for those who don’t know, Rakhi Sawant has worked in some popular Bollywood films. And while she always claimed to have good friends in the industry, looks like she has proven her equations with this stint. It is indeed applaudable to see how Salman and Sohail Khan helped Rakhi Sawant. 

As for Bigg Boss 14, the game has gotten interesting after the challengers came in and while we saw Vikas Gupta being eliminated from the show for indulging in physical violence, Rahul Vaidya entered the game once again last night. But overall Rakhi Sawant is really pulling off the show right now with her antics. Let us wait and watch how the game changes in the days to come.
