Businessman Raj Kundra, who has been in jail for a long time in the pornography case, has got bail from the court. Raj Kundra, husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra, was facing serious allegations for making porn films and releasing them through an application. Kundra has been granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 50,000.
The businessman was arrested by the Mumbai police’s crime branch after being booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, the Information Technology Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act on July 19, after which he was facing continuous legal action.
