Here’s all you need to know about Khatron Ke Khiladi Made In India’s winner Nia Sharma

Actress Nia Sharma took home the trophy, defeating the champions from previous seasons of the reality show Last night, Fear Factor’s additional season Khatron Ke Khiladi Made In India found its winner in actress Nia Sharma. While it’s become two women winning the title back to back, Nia had some serious competition to beat in this season. As a lockdown offering, Khatron Ke Khiladi Made In India was a treat to the viewers’ bringing on some crazy, quirky and strong contestants from the previous seasons to perform deadly stunts on this one. And sportingly taken on these challenges one after another, Nia finally emerged as the winner. Well, she was always a strong contender, even in Season 8, even though we saw Nia freak out at the beginning she performed stunts brilliantly. 

In the Made In India season, Nia competed against other actors like Karan Patel, Rithvik Dhanjani, Karan Wahi, Bharti Singh, Harsh Limbachiyaa, Jasmin Bhasin, Jay Bhanushali and Aly Goni. Let us tell you, the Khatron Ke Khiladi Made In India winner Nia has been quite a popular actress in the Indian television circuit. Even though she has not had a very long career in soap operas, the actress has played some striking roles on the silver screen. While Nia has been in the acting business since 2010, it was in 2011 she got noticed for her role in the Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai. In 2018, Nia also gained prominence with her shows Naagin and Ishq Mein Marjawaan. Other than this the girl has also explored the web-space and has acted in Vikram Bhatt’s thriller web-show Twisted. 

And it was not just for her work, but even for her controversies that Nia was in news. Be it her lip-lock picture with another actress from Jamai Raja going viral or her unconventional choices of lipsticks inviting some sever trolling, Nia has been controversies favourite child from the television industry. Not just these her affair rumours with actor Kushal Tandon and her not so good equation with Jamai Raja co-star Ravi Dubey also also made headlines. But her detractors has never led Nia to be change her ways, she continues to be the strong headed person that she is and also keep delivering amazing fashion goals on social media.  

While this was the first time Khatron Ke Khiladi was held in India, the previous seasons have had majorly male winners, except for a few, while actress Karishma Tanna (Season 10) won the winner’s title before Nia Sharma (Season 11) in the last season. Other female winners on the show have been Nethra Raghuraman (Season 1), Anushka Manchanda (Season 2) and Aarti Chhabria (Season 4).  The men who have won the Khatron Ke Khiladi title have been, actors, Shabbir Ahluwalia (Season 3), Rajneesh Duggal (Season 5), Aashish Chaudhary (Season 6), Siddharth Shukla (Season 7), Shantanu Maheshwari (Season 8) and Punit Pathak (Season 9). 

Other than Bigg Boss, Khatron Ke Khiladi has been the most popular show on Colors TV and while filmmaker Rohit Shetty has been hosting the stunt-based reality show for 6 seasons now, other actors who have hosted the show have been actors Akshay Kumar, Arjun Kapoor and also actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
