Produced by Balaji Telefilms Ltd, NH Studioz and Northern Lights Films, the film is helmed by Shashanka Ghosh and stars Kartik Aaryan and Alaya F in pivotal roles. It centers around the journey of Dr Freddy Ginwala, the lonely and socially awkward guy who goes on to leave you mind blown. With a thrilling set of twists and turns, there is little doubt that the movie is al set to create utmost chaos.

Freddy is directed by Shashanka Ghosh, who is renowned for his works in 'Veere Di Wedding' and 'Plan A Plan B'. Freddy is produced by Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, and Jay Shewakramani, for music composition Pritam Chakraborty has taken up the charge in the film. Along with Kartik Aryan in the lead role, Alaya Ebrahim Furniturewala plays the female lead in the film. Alaya is known for her debut film 'Jawaani Jaaneman' for which she won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.

The trailer showcases the story of Dr. Freddy Ginwala, who is a loner, shy, and socially awkward person who enjoys playing with his model airplanes. His only buddy is Hardy who is his pet turtle. He falls in love with Alaya F in the movie and turned into a psycho killer.By profession, he is a dentist and at night he turns into a killer. He crossed the line between obsession and love in this unpredictable twist and sharp-turn movie.
