Karnataka's Sini Shetty Wins Miss India 2022 Grand Finale

On Sunday, 21-year-old Sini Shetty from Karnataka won the grand finale of Miss India 2022 held in Mumbai. Rubal Shekhawat from Rajasthan and Shinata Chauhan from Uttar Pradesh became the first runner-up and second runner-up respectively.
In the beauty pageant, top winners from 31 states competed for the Miss India crown at Jio World Centre in Mumbai on July 3. In the jury panel, many celebrities were seen including Dino Morea, Neha Dhupia, Malaika Arora, designers Rahul Khanna, and Rahul Gandhi, choreographer Shiamak Davar, and former cricketer Mithali Raj.

The Miss India organization shared the pics of the winners on their official Instagram handle. They captioned the pic, "CONGRATULATIONS Let's pop the champagne! Sina has completed her bachelor's degree in accounting and finance. Trained in Bharatnatyam dance, she is currently pursuing CFA- Chartered Financial Analyst course. Before Sina, India has got beauties like Lara Dutta, Sandhya Chib, Sarah Jane Dias, Nafisa Joseph, Rekha Hande, and Lymaraina D'Souza.
Neha Dhupia returns to the stage
20 years back, Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia won the prestigious crown of Femina Miss India. She has returned to the stage with her parents, children, and husband. In a release, she shared, "It's almost relieving every moment of my journey with these young glamorous girls who are so full of enthusiasm and capability to take on the world with power and elegance."
