After getting postponed many times due to pandemics, Shahid Kapoor starrer Jersey hit the big screens on Friday, April 22. Jersey is the official remake of the Telugu film with the same name. As per the reviews which floated on the internet earlier, it was believed that Jersey is one of the finest movies by Shahid Kapoor. However, Kamal R Khan has shared his reviews on Jersey which clearly shows that the movie failed to impress him. Directed by Gowtam Timanuri, the movie also stars Mrunal Thakur, Pankaj Tripathi, and Geetika Mahendru.

Film Ka Hero #KabirSingh main mental and violent tha. Waisa Hi Yahan hai. Toh Bas Shahid Ke Liye Itna Hi Kafi tha Film Karne Ke Liye. These actors are really Big Jhandu."
Further, he wrote, "I really can’t understand that why should I watch film #jersey to watch cricket. If I have to watch cricket only then better I will watch #IPL."
