The Indian Film Festival of Melbourne has released the list of nominations for the annual awards distributing ceremony. The list includes names of movies like 83, Sardar Udham, Badhaai Do, and many others for the Best Film category award. Introduced by the Victorian Government, this film festival is a yearly celebration to present the best films from India and the subcontinent. This festival happens in Melbourne, Australia. 

This year, IFFM will be having the 13th edition and it will be hosted in August. This is the first time after a gap of two years due to Covid-19 that the festival will be returning to its physical format. However, it was celebrated digitally for two years. With the celebration beginning on August 12, it will continue till August 20. For Australian viewers, this festival will take place virtually from August 13 to August 30. 

The Awards night will begin on August 14 in Melbourne. The honors will perceive the best in true-to-life ability from across the Indian subcontinent across the organizations of feature films and the acclaimed OTT series. The current year's designations will showcase the movies and content which were delivered to the audience between August 2021 to April 2022.
