Udta Bollywood: D for Deepika, D for Drugs, Bollywood actresses who have joined the Gabru Gang

 Bollywood’s drug nexus has been exposing top actresses in connection with the consumption of banned substances and all of this has been discovered by NCB officials during the investigations of actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. While in their probe, Sushant’s girlfriend and actress Rhea Chakraborty revealed 25 names of A-listers in her 20-page long statement.  And after Rhea revealing that actress Sara Ali Khan would also often do drugs with them, recently actress Shraddha Kapoor’s name also emerged during investigations. 

And the latest name added to this list is of actress Deepika Padukone. On Monday, when Sushant’s talent manager Jaya Saha was questioned by the NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau), a lot of information about the people actively involved in Bollywood’s drug nexus came up. In fact, some Whatsapp conversations about drug discussions were also leaked. As per news reports, it is Jaya Saha who has brought Deepika on NCB’s radar by producing evidence of their conversation where the Padmaavat actress was asking Jaya for hash. 

While all this has happened last evening, NCB summoned Deepika’s manager Karishma Prakash for questioning today. Karishma who is an employee of KWAN talent management agency will be questioned while Jaya’s probe is still on. And not just Karishma, but even KWAN CEO Dhruv Chitgopekar will be called for questioning. Jaya who is said to be another prime accused in the case came under the scanner after her messages with Rhea discussing the banned CBD oil surfaced. Producer Madhu Mantena is also been said to appear on Wednesday, with connection to his chats with Jaya. As the investigations progress, looks like Jaya will likely be arrested. 

As for Deepika, a summon might be sent to the actress for questioning by today late evening. Even Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor would be summoned by NCB for questioning this week. For those who don’t know, Bollywood’s drug nexus is only getting wider with developments. And while Twitter is on an uproar after Deepika’s name emerging, #BoycottDeepikaPadukone has also been trending on social media. As far as B-town’s drug connection is concerned some time back a video was also leaked from Karan Johar’s party where many stars looked high. And while KJo denied those reports, looks like it is all unfolding one by one. 

Let us tell you, Sara Ali Khan’s name was revealed by Rhea, in fact, it was also said that Sara had even been on a vacation with Sushant disguised as someone else. Not only this, another report stated that Sara, Sushant, Shraddha Kapoor and Rhea even frequently partied at the late actor’s farmhouse. In that report, the house help mentioned how joint paper was always on the list for all party arrangements. So far, the NCB has arrested 12 people in the drug connection, including Rhea and Showik, now with more names coming up let us see who is next to join this Gabru gang of Udta Bollywood. Stay tuned!
