Accused of rape and molestation, FIR against 9, including celebrities
Photographer Colston Julian and Producer Jackie Bhagnani have been accused of rape and molestation.
A former model, independent artist and songwriter has accused 9 Bollywood celebrities of molestation and rape. These include actor - producer Jackie Bhagnani, Kangana Ranaut starrer 'Thalaivi' producer Vishnu Vardhan Induri, photographer Colston Julian and Kwan Entertainment co-founder Anirban Das Blah.
Krishna Kumar, Nikhil Kamat, Sheel Gupta, Ajit Thakur and Gurujyot Singh are also named in the FIR lodged by the model at the Bandra police station for raping her multiple times. It has also been clarified in the FIR that photographer Colston Julian raped the model several times alongwith molestation between 2014 and 2018.
The complainant said that the FIR was registered only a few days after the complaint. But till now no arrest has been made in this case. However, Krishan Kumar and Colston have denied the allegations. At the same time, Colston has also threatened to file a defamation case against the model.
As per reports, a woman police officer went with the model to visit the place in Mumbai where she was allegedly sexually abused. When they reached the photographer Colston's house in Bandra, the lock was hanging there and his car was also not there. The woman says that "He has gone underground". Jackky Bhagnani, on the other hand, is currently not in India. It is being told that he will return to Mumbai in September.
