In the midst of the farmers movement, the Indian government has asked Twitter to delete about 1200 Twitter accounts. This is because all accounts were taking advantage of the Kisan movement and spreading Khalistani thinking and other inflammatory things. Most of these accounts were being handled from Pakistan and other countries.

According to the information revealed, a list of 1178 Twitter accounts has been submitted to Twitter by the IT Ministry on 4 February. Most of these accounts are such that they automatically share themselves so that things can be spread faster. But so far, no action has been taken on this demand from Twitter.

According to the information revealed, a list of about 257 Twitter accounts related to the Kisan movement was handed over to Twitter by the Government of India earlier. These accounts were banned, but were restored after a few hours. Displeasure was expressed by the government in this matter and a response was sought from Twitter.

The farmer movement seems to have been going on for almost three months. But recently many international level celebs gave their comments about this. Among them were model and Influencer Amanda Cerny, Rihanna, Environmentalist Greta Thunberg and Mia Khalifa.

Apart from this, on the statement of other foreign personalities, Home Minister Amit Shah said that no propaganda can break the Country’s unity. Together we will move towards progress. No propaganda can stop India from reaching the heights. He wrote this on the tweet of External Affairs Ministry spokesman Anurag Shrivastava. In this case, what will happen next is going to be seen and by how long Twitter will take action on it, everyone's eyes are also on it.
