TCS Calls Employees To Work From Office Thrice A Week

IT giant Tata Consultancy Services or TCS has requested that its representatives returned to workplaces no less than three days per week, finishing its years-long work-from-home strategy set off by the pandemic. The company has sent messages to staff expecting them to work from the office through an email where they were educated that they would have to work from the workplace three days per week, as per the list set by their managers.
The email didn't give a cutoff time to the staff individuals, yet it requested that they reach out to their HR colleagues for more data.

Work from the office thrice a week is a mandate now, says TCS in the Email
While the email gave no cutoff time to representatives, it requested that they contact their separate HR accomplices for more data.
"All employees have been advised to return to the base locations where they were operating before the pandemic. Those employees who have sought and got transfers will operate from the changed locations," said a TCS spokesperson, quoted by a Moneycontrol report.
