PM Modi Inaugurates Vanijya Bhawan and NIRYAT Portal For Accessing Exports
To access the information of India's Exports and Imports, PM Modi has inaugurated NIRYAT Portal and Vanijya Bhawan in Delhi.

On Thursday, June 23, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the NIRYAT portal to deal dedicatedly in import and export analysis of India. NIRYAT also known as the National Import-Export Record for Yearly Analysis of Trade has been inaugurated in order to provide real-time data to all the stakeholders. NIRYAT will act as a one-stop solution for all the stakeholders to easily access the critical information that is related to India's foreign trade.

While launching the NIRYAT portal, PM Modi said, "The government has been working towards ensuring 'Citizen-Centric Governance' for the last eight years and today we have taken another important step in this direction. Today, the country is getting a gift of a new and modern commercial building and NIRYAT portal."
After the launch of the NIRYAT portal, PM Modi said, "This new Vanijya Bhawan and NIRYAT portal represent our aspirations of an 'Atmanirbhar Bharat'. It will bring positive changes in the field of trade and commerce, especially for MSMEs."

India now has dedicated portal for National Import-Export Record for Yearly Analysis of Trade-NIRYAT.

"From this portal, important information related to more than 30 commodity groups exported to more than 200 countries of the world will be available. In the coming time, information related to district-wise exports will also be available on this. This will also strengthen the efforts to develop the districts as important centers of exports", he said.

The Vanijya Bhawan is built near India Gate in Delhi. It is designed as a smart building that includes the principles of sustainable architecture specially focused on energy saving. This building will serve as an integrated office complex that will be used by the two Departments mainly the Department of Commerce and the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) under the Ministry.
