Rates for Petrol and Diesel are increasing day by day making it difficult for a common man to survive. In five days, the fuel rates have increased for the fourth time. On Saturday, the prices of of petrol and diesel are hiked by 80 paise per litre again. Till now, the price of petrol and diesel has increased by Rs 3.20 in five days. 

On Thursday, Moody’s Investors Services stated that state-owned fuel retailers Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) together lost around $2.25 billion (Rs 19,000 crore) in revenue for keeping petrol and diesel prices on hold during the election period, as reported by news agency PTI. 

Fuel Rates in Delhi

After the current price hike in petrol and diesel by Rs 3.20 in five days in the national capital, the price of one litre of petrol has gone up to Rs 98.61, while diesel is selling at Rs 89.87 per litre. 

Latest Fuel Prices in Different Cities 

Mumbai: Petrol is selling at Rs. 113.35 per litre and diesel is costing Rs. 97.55 per litre. 

Chennai: Petrol is retailing at Rs. 104.43 per litre and diesel is selling at Rs. 94.47 per litre. 

Kolkata: Petrol is costing Rs. 108.01 per litre and diesel is retailing at Rs. 93.01 per litre. 

Gurugram: Petrol is retailing at Rs. 98.78 per litre and Diesel is selling at Rs. 90.01 per litre. 

Noida: Petrol is costing Rs. 98.54 per litre Diesel is selling at Rs. 90.07 per litre. 

Chandigarh: Petrol is selling at Rs. 98.06 per litre Diesel is costing Rs. 84.50 per litre. 

Hyderabad: Petrol is retailing at Rs. 111.80 per litre Diesel is costing Rs. 98.10 per litre. 

Jaipur: Petrol is costing Rs. 110.56 per litre Diesel is selling at Rs. 93.97 per litre.
