IIT Kanpur Releases Notification For GATE 2023, Application Begins on Aug 30
The notification to apply for GATE 2023 has been released. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the exam from August 23.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has released the notification for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). The registration process for applications will begin on August 20 and the window will remain open till September 30. To apply for the exam, interested and eligible candidates can visit the official website at the gate.iitk.ac.in.
With a late fee, candidates will be able to apply till October 7. The admit cards for GATE 2023 will be released on January 3. The tentative dates for the conduction of the exam are February 4, 5, 11, and 12.

Eligibility Requirements
The candidate must possess an undergraduate degree from any recognized, college, university, or institution in engineering, architecture, science, technology, commerce, or arts.
The candidates who are currently studying in their 3rd year or final year of the undergraduate degree can also apply for the exam.

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)
The scores obtained in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) can be used to take admission and/or financial assistance for studying in master's programs and direct doctoral programs in subjects like engineering, architecture, science, technology, commerce and arts, doctoral programs, etc.
