Government warned the retired officials to keep secrets confidential, they will not receive pension
An important decision has been taken by the Central Government regarding the internal security of the country.
The government has shown a big concern regarding the internal security of the country. It has been seen many times that after the retirement of the intelligence officers, they bring the things of the central government to the world, due to which the government gets insulted. But now it will not happen. The Center has ammended pension rules, "Now retired officers from organizations related to intelligence or security cannot publish anything without permission."
It has been stated by the government that 'if in case any official brings up the things of the internal security in front of the world, then that person will not get pension.'
As per the ammended rules, the Responsible Officer shall have the right to decide whether the material offered for publication is sensitive or insensitive and whether it falls within the jurisdiction of the organisation. If the image of the organization is tarnished by the wrong post, then the pension of the officers serving wrong content will be stopped with immediate effect.
