Delhi-NCR: CNG rates increases, Reaches Rs 59.58 per kg

The hike in CNG rates in Delhi-NCR comes amid speculation of hike in fuel prices due to increase in prices of crude oil. That is, the increased prices of CNG have given a jolt to the common man burdened with inflation. It is worth noticing that the increased prices of CNG have come into effect from March 8, 2022 i.e. at 6 am today.
CNG became costlier by 50 paise in Delhi
In the national capital Delhi, CNG has now increased by 50 paise. The current rates of CNG in Delhi is Rs 57.01 per kg, which has increased to Rs 57.51 per kg from Tuesday morning.
CNG costlier by Re 1 in NCR
At the same time, CNG has become costlier by Re 1 per kg in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. People in these cities will get CNG at Rs 59.58 per kg from Tuesday i.e. today.
Rates in Gurugram
In Gurugram, after an increase of Re 1 in CNG rates, it will now be available at Rs 65.88 per kg instead of Rs 65.38 per kg.
Rates in Rewari
In Rewari, CNG will now be available at Rs 67.98 per kg instead of Rs 67.48.
Rates in Karnal and Kaithal
After the increase of 50 paise in Karnal and Kaithal, CNG will now be available at the rate of Rs 66.18 per kg.
Petrol and diesel prices may increase
With the completion of assembly elections in five states on Monday, now the price of petrol and diesel is also expected to increase. As per the reports, the price of petrol may increase from Rs 10 to Rs 16 and diesel from Rs 8 to Rs 12. This price hike will be implemented in phases.
