Ajay Singh aka Tiger Pop won the India's Best Dancer. The dance reality show culminated with the winner’s announcement today i.e; November 22. He also won cash prize of Rs 15 lakh and a brand new Maruti Suzuki Brezza car, along with a huge winner’s trophy.
Vartika Jha, Tiger's choreographer also received a cheque of Rs 5 lakh. The other four contenders competing for the title were Subhranil Paul, Mukul Gain, Shweta Warrier and Paramdeep. The finale of the dance show was a huge ball, with fun banter, laughter and obviously many amazing dance performances.
Who is Tiger Pop?
Tiger Pop belongs to a metro city in the National Capital Region Gurugram, previously known as Gurgaon and wanted to dedicate the trophy to his mother. Tiger, is an expert in Popping, and got a special appreciation from Terence Lewis, who is one of the judges, at his audition. He had come to the show, India's Best Dancer to fulfil dream of his mother, who had been struggling financially for a long time.
Ajay Singh was born on 10 October 1999 in Gurgaon, Haryana. He started dancing since childhood. Singh was one of the top 12 contestants on the show. The show was judged by Terence Lewis, Geeta Kapoor and Malaika Arora. He is 21 years old and a graduate from the Shaheed Bhagat Singh College in Delhi. He can speak Nepali, Hindi and English very well and has won and judged many competitions at local and state level.
