Weather Update: Delhi-NCR receives Rainfall, IMD issues Yellow Alert

There is a possibility of wind and rain with a speed of 30 to 40 kmph. According to the department, today the maximum temperature is expected to be around 16 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will remain around 11 degrees Celsius. If the IMD is to be believed, after the end of the rains, there will be a sharp drop in the temperature and it can drop to 7 degree Celsius. 


According to the information shared by the India Meteorological Department through a tweet, the process of rain will continue in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Noida, Dadri, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Manesar and Vallabhgarh. A new warning of Western Disturbance has been issued by the Meteorological Department, which will affect the whole of North India. The IMD had already informed that due to this disturbance, there is a possibility of heavy rain in Delhi today and on Sunday. The department has also issued a yellow alert for January 22.
